SikhStartups.com is a project to encourage high school Sikh students to
become entrepreneurs by providing seed funding, resources, mentor-ship, and networking.
Here is an outline for this project:
- Call for submissions: Advertise the opportunity for high school students to submit their business ideas for a chance to receive seed money. Set a deadline for submissions.
- Selection process: Set up a panel of experts to review and select the most promising ideas. The panel can be made up of successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, and educators.
- Incubation: Provide the selected students with seed money, mentorship, and resources to help them turn their ideas into viable businesses.
- Graduation: Once the students have successfully launched their businesses, encourage them to give back to the program by contributing a portion of their profits or by mentoring future participants.
- Continuous process: Continuously repeat the process on a regular basis to encourage more students to participate.
- Evaluation : Regularly evaluate the progress of the program and to measure the impact on the students and the community.
By providing seed funding and resources, mentor-ship, networking and a sense of
community, the program aims to empower high school students to turn their
entrepreneurial dreams into reality, while also creating a culture of giving
back to support future generations of entrepreneurs.
